英文摘要: Objective:To analyze the CT and ultrasound findings of Berry syndrome.Methods:The clinical and imaging data of 6cases(2males,4females,aged 18days~7.5months,mean 81.2days)with Berry syndrome proved by surgery were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients underwent echocardiography,3cases underwent contrast-enhanced CT examination.Results:3cases were diagnosed as Berry syndrome by echocardiography,the remaining 3cases by enhanced CT.Imaging features of Berry syndrome in this group included distal aorto-pulmonary septal defect(6cases),anomalous origin of right pulmonary artery partially or completely from the ascending aorta(right pulmonary artery orifice overriding on the distal septal defect in 2cases,and right pulmonary artery arising from the ascending aorta in 4cases),interrupted...
中文摘要: 目的:探讨Berry综合征的CT及超声表现及其诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析6例(男2例,女4例,年龄18天~7.5个月,平均81.2天)Berry综合征的超声和CT图像,所有患者均经手术病理证实。患者均行超声心动图检查,其中3例行CT增强检查。结果:6例中3例经超声、3例经CT增强诊断为Berry综合征,本组Berry综合征的主要影像表现包括远侧主-肺动脉间隔缺损6例。右肺动脉部分或完全异常起源于升主动脉(2例表现为右肺动脉开口骑跨于远侧间隔缺损上,4例右肺动脉完全开口于升主动脉)。主动脉弓离断(其中A型4例,B型1例)或狭窄(1例)伴室间隔完整;4例可见粗大的动脉导管,2例动脉导管细小伴侧支动脉扩张。合并畸形以房间隔缺损最为常见(共5例),左侧冠脉起源于窦管交界处2例。结论:Berry综合征的影像学具有各种组合畸形,CT及超声能够诊断Berry综合征的各种异常改变,超声是术前诊断的首选方法,CT检查是有益的补充检查手段。
