英文摘要: Motorized spindle has many advantages,such as small size,simple structure,high efficiency. It becomes the core component of high-precision,high degree of automation machine. Taking the lathe motorized spindle as an example,the motorized spindle heat source model in the case of intermittent load was established according to the motor design theory and the frictional theory.The transient analysis of overall temperature field of the motorized spindle was completed by using the finite element method. The regular pattern of the temperature time-variation was obtained. This provides theoretical basis for the machine thermal error compensation.
中文摘要: 电主轴以其体积小、结构简单、传动效率高等优点成为高精度、高自动化程度机床的核心部件。以车床电主轴为实例,从电机设计理论及摩擦理论出发建立了电主轴在间歇载荷情况下的热源模型,利用有限元方法对电主轴整体温度场进行了瞬态分析,得出了温度随时间变化的规律,为机床热变形误差补偿提供了理论依据。
