英文摘要: S. marianum is a kind of important medicinal plant resource in Compostiae family. It has effect of heat and toxicity clearing by its seed, stem and leaf part. In this study, S. marianum was induced by primary meristem treatment of 0.2% colchicine + 1% agar)under three different time treatments of 24, 48, 72 h to improve nutritional organ polyploid mutagenesis and some plants as control. It showed that mutant rate under 24 h was the highest up to 35.71% by primary morphological identification.
中文摘要: 水飞蓟是菊科一种重要的药用植物资源,种子和茎叶入药,有清热解毒的功效。用改良初生分生组织处理法(0.2%的秋水仙碱+1%的琼脂溶胶)对水飞蓟(Silybum marianum(Linn.)Gaertn.)幼苗顶芽进行多倍体诱变,以期获得营养器官增大的多倍体植株。设置24,48,72 h共3个处理时间,以未进行诱变处理的植株为对照,比较不同处理时间的变异效果。初步形态学鉴定结果表明,处理24 h的诱变效果最好,变异率达35.71%。
