英文摘要: The susceptible order of the Jinzhong strain was monitored for insecticides resistance of Henosepilachna vigintioctomaculata(Motschulsky)adults collected from Jinzhong and Datong were determined with vial residual method.The results showed that the order of susceptibility in adults was cyhalothrin>beta-cypermethrin>phoxim>abamectin>malathion.The susceptibility of adults to cyhalothrin was the highest,and that to malathion is the lowest.Comparing with relatively susceptible population,the Jinzhong strain had developed middle level of resistance to malathion,beta-cypermethrin and cyhalothrin,resistance ratio are respectively 10.78,16.47 and 15.97,high level of resistance to phoxim and abamectin,resistance ratio are 130.46 and 165.15 respectively.
中文摘要: 以晋中、大同两地马铃薯二十八星瓢虫成虫为材料,采用药膜法对其成虫种群进行了抗药性监测。结果表明,以LC50值为依据,晋中市成虫种群对药剂的敏感性大小依次为高效氯氟氰菊酯>高效氯氰菊酯>辛硫磷>阿维菌素>马拉硫磷,与大同市相对敏感种群相比,晋中市马铃薯二十八星瓢虫成虫种群对马拉硫磷、高效氯氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯的抗性表现为中等水平,抗性指数分别为10.78,16.47,15.97,对辛硫磷和阿维菌素的抗性表现为较高水平,抗性指数分别为130.46,165.1。
