英文摘要: The antifeeding effects of Bacillus LP-5,LB-2,YC-8,F-3,LP-1on Plutella xylostella were tested with leaf dipping method.Non-selective and selective effects of five strains of Bacillus on Plutella xylostella were compared.The results showed that non-selective and selective antifeeding rates by LP-5reached 91.30%and 90.76%,respectively,showing significant effects.Meanwhile,fermentation broth of LP-5with different concentrations had different effects on the activity of Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt),though all showed synergistic effect.Moreover,synergistic effect of the crude fermentation broth with Bt reached 44.78%.
中文摘要: 采用浸叶法测定了芽孢杆菌LP-5、LB-2、YC-8、F-3、LP-1对小菜蛾的拒食作用,比较了5种菌株对小菜蛾的非选择性和选择性拒食作用。结果表明LP-5在处理48h后的非选择性拒食率和选择性拒食率分别高达91.30%和90.76%,具有较明显的拒食作用。同时,不同浓度的LP-5发酵液对苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bt)制剂的杀虫活性有不同程度的影响,均对Bt具有增效作用,其中原液与Bt制剂的混合液的增效达44.78%。
