英文摘要: Aiming at the application of advanced structural composites in UAV,the classification,basic characteristics and application advantages of advanced structural composite materials are introduced. The application requirements,development history and current situation of the materials are also discussed.The analysis results show that structure optimization design technology,lightweight manufacturing technology,low-cost manufacturing technology and non-destructive maintenance technology are the key technologies and problems that need to be solved urgently for advanced structural composite materials for future UAVs. The analysis results provide reference for design of UAVs for high-performance requirements such as long endurance,functionality,long life and economical efficiency.
中文摘要: 针对先进结构复合材料在无人机上的应用问题,介绍了先进结构复合材料的分类、基本特性和应用优势,论述了先进结构复合材料在无人机上应用的需求、发展历史和现状。分析结果表明:结构优化设计技术、轻量化制造工艺技术、低成本制造技术和无损维修维护技术等是未来无人机用先进结构复合材料亟待解决的关键技术与问题。分析结果为长航时、功能性、长寿命、经济性等高性能需求的无人机设计提供了参考意见。
