原始语种摘要: The present paper reviews peculiarities of assessment of human resources in the public sector in comparison with the private sector. Economies of developing countries face some interference creating management quality gaps from the perspective of human resource assessment and organisational climate related to it both in public and in private sectors. Non-transparent assessment of human resources has a negative impact on the climate of the organisation and its divisions.
