中文摘要: 近年糖尿病分型的变迁和4种分型的确立,是糖尿病诊疗走向和挑战精准医学的佐证。青少年成人起病型糖尿病(MODY)是特殊类型糖尿病中最常见的类型,因与1型糖尿病和2型糖尿病存在非特征性的表型重叠,误诊率极高。误诊导致误治,因而在本科生中启动糖尿病精准医学教育刻不容缓。笔者应用PBL和CBL双轨教学模式,在本科生教学中提出MODY先后被误诊为1型和2型糖尿病的案例,通过从表型到机理的病因分析和致病基因筛查,最终完成病例的分型确诊和个体化药物靶向治疗。实践证明,用PBL和CBL双轨教学模式启动和实施本科生糖尿病精准医学教育,可以与时俱进、行之有效地推动以精准分型和精准治疗为目标的糖尿病精准医学进程。
原始语种摘要: In recent years, the transition in the classification of diabetes and the establishment of four types of diabetes are the evidence for diagnosis and treatment of diabetes to orient and challenge precision medicine. Maturity onset diabetes of the young (MODY) is the most common form in special type of diabetes. The misdiagnosis rate of MODY is extremely high in diabetes due to its overlapping with type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes in some non-characteristic phenotypes.
