原始语种摘要: Abstract(#br)The detailed electrochemical oxidation and selective determination of fosamprenavir were studied in aqueous-alcohol medium at a carbon paste electrode. Electrochemical behavior of fosamprenavir was investigated as details by different electrochemical techniques in the absence and presence of Triton X-100. The electrochemical mechanism was also carried out and aromatic amine part of the molecule was found to be involved in electrochemical oxidation of fosamprenavir. The oxidized form takes part in hydrolysis; the products are also electroactive and participate in redox reaction. Voltammetric studies were realized between pH 1.0 and 12.0.
