原始语种摘要: The primary aim was to study the association between preoperative depression and long-term survival after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). Our secondary objective was to analyze the association between depression and cardiovascular events or all-cause mortality. In a nationwide, population-based, cohort study, all patients who underwent CABG in Sweden from 1997 to 2008 were included from the Swedish Web-system for Enhancement and Development of Evidence-based care in Heart disease Evaluated According to Recommended Therapies registry. Individual-level data were cross-linked from other national Swedish registers. Depression status and outcomes were obtained from the National Patient Register.
