英文摘要: Abstract(#br)The number of articles indicating the role of homocysteine and metabolically related compounds, including cysteinyl-glycine, γ-glutamyl-cysteine, cysteine and glutathione, in the pathogenesis of civilization diseases is constantly increasing. Nowadays, blood and urine are the most frequently analyzed biofluids for aminothiols determination. Growing number of people suffering from civilization diseases has indicated a huge necessity for providing more efficient ways of their diagnosis. As a result, more and more attention has been paid on saliva as a specimen for clinical examination.
