英文摘要: Abstract(#br)Land application of treated cephalosporin mycelial dreg (CMD) as a soil amendment is an alternative to its disposal in landfills and incineration because it has environmental and agronomic benefits. This study validated the efficacy of using the dewatered, microwave-pretreated CMD as a soil amendment. Pot experiments were conducted to assess the temporal changes in soil organic matter (SOM) profiles via chemical and fluorescent parameters. During the ageing period, the CMD-treated soil experienced a sudden rise in soil pH and soil electrical conductivity, along with a rapid decline in soil organic carbon and soil organic nitrogen content.
