原始语种摘要: Abstract(#br)Cobalt phosphide (Co 2 P) nanoparticles were prepared under mild hydrothermal conditions. The influence of the molar ratio of Co/P, temperature and duration were studied. The product was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy tests, which indicated that the obtained products were pure and well crystallized Co 2 P with an average particle size of about 30nm.
