英文摘要: Abstract(#br)Background(#br)We report the immediate educational impact of a previously developed quality improvement (QI) curriculum for UK urology residents.(#br)Materials and methods(#br)Prospective pre/post-training evaluation, using the Kirkpatrick framework: residents’ QI knowledge, skills and attitudes were assessed via standardized assessments. We report descriptive/inferential statistics and scales psychometric analyses.(#br)Results(#br)Ninety-eight residents from across the UK provided full datasets. Scale reliability was good (Cronbach-alphas = 0.485–0.924).
