原始语种摘要: Eucommia ulmoids (EU) is a Chinese herbal plant grown on a large scale basis and exerts an array of medicinal properties. The aim of this study was to promote natural bioactive compounds derived from EU flavone which possess anti-oxidative properties on damage repair in enterocytes. IPEC-J2 cells were cultured in DMEM-H medium based on two treatments including 10μg/mL EUF+40 ng/mL, LPS and 10μg/mL EUF+40 ng/mL LPS+10 μmol/L LY29400(PI3K inhibitor) for 2 days. The results showed that EU flavone+LY29400 treated group significantly decreased cell viability, proliferation (P0.05).
