英文摘要: Abstract(#br)The powder samples of Na 0.5 Bi 0.5 TiO 3 - Ba 0.7- x La x Sr 0.3 Sn 0.1 Ti 0.9-0.25 x O 3 (NBT-BLSST) have been prepared successfully by a wet solid-phase method. The effects of La-doping on morphology, temperature stability and dielectric properties of NBT-BLSST ceramic samples have been investigated in detail. The XRD results show that the composites possess tetragonal perovskite phase structure. The dense phase morphology of NBT-BLSST is observed by scanning electron microscopy. The dielectric constant of ceramic samples can reach 4618 while the La doping is 0.8 mol%. The dielectric loss of capacitance is below 0.097. The temperature coefficient of capacitance varies from −15.02% to 16.13% in the temperature range between −55 °C and 200 °C. The temperature characteristic...
