原始语种摘要: Abstract(#br)In this work, an ultrasensitive label-free photoelectrochemical (PEC) immunosensor was designed for the detection of amyloid β-protein (Aβ). Specifically, Zn:SnO 2 /SnS 2 nanocomposites were successfully synthesized by a simple one-pot hydrothermal method and used to build the immunosensor. The combination of SnS 2 and SnO 2 with matching energy levels promoted the layer-by-layer transfer of photogenerated charges, reduced the recombination efficiency of photogenerated electron, and enhanced the photoelectric conversion efficiency. Meanwhile, the addition of Zn ions introduced a trap level, which hindered the reduction of electrons, and the recombination of electron-hole pairs, improved the photocurrent response significantly.
