Many studies and clinical trials have proved that Miao medicine played an active role in the prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of tumors, which may reduce the recurrence and metastasis rate after tumor surgery, and decrease the toxic and side effects caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Furthermore, Miao medicine may improve immunity and prolong the overall survival of patients with tumor. All these indicate that Miao medicine may serve as an essential adjuvant therapy.
