The Practice of Mindfulness as Metacognitive Work: a Research in the University Education Context

原始语种摘要: In the last few years research has been undertaken on its possible use in training of adults in a formal learning context. Aim of the research presented was to describe, through the data essentially from a self-evaluation questionnaire, the way of a group of young students of the University of Naples Federico II who take part in a laboratory on mindfulness practices. The workshop was a structured programme inspired by the ACT and consisted of 6 two-hour classes as part of the course in pedagogy of learning processes and social pedagogy of the degree course in Psychology. The concluding discussion on the data that emerged highlighted the usefulness and importance of the experiential and reflective nature of the presented practices.
