原始语种摘要: In this paper, the generalized theoretical model of phase-contrast formation by triple-axis method is developed for inhomogeneous noncrystalline objects with arbitrary shape. This model takes into account self-consistently and analytically the effects of total X-ray multiple scattering on both the periodical or constant (uniform at the average) components of objects’ susceptibility and, for the first time, on the fluctuation ones. The complete multiplicity of scattering is taken into account for both the monochromator and analyser single-crystals and the object under investigation.
