英文摘要: In this paper, drought tolerance at the germination stage of 9 peanut varieties was evaluated by PEG6000 treatment with index of relative germination energy, germination rate, radicle length, hypocotyl length, radicle dry weight, hypocotyl dry weight, and seedling dry weight. Based on sub-ordination function method and the standard classification of tolerant ability in peanut, we screened 3 drought tolerant varieties (Xianghua2008, Huayu20, Yuanza9307) and 3 mediate tol-erant varieties (Yuhua9719, Yuhua9326, Baisha1016). The result provided reference for the utilization of peanut varieties in China.
中文摘要: 采用发芽势、发芽率、生根率、胚根长、胚轴长、胚根干重、胚轴干重、幼苗干重的相对值为指标,用17.5% PEG6000溶液人工模拟土壤干旱条件,对9份花生品种进行萌发期抗旱性鉴定。通过隶属函数法结合抗旱分级标准从9份参试品种中筛选出湘花2008、花育20号、远杂9307 3份抗旱品种,豫花9719、豫花9326、白沙1016 3份中抗材料,可为我国花生品种利用提供参考。
