英文摘要: Establishing a scientific evaluation system of occupational competence has the function of guidance, motivation and evaluation in the teaching of higher vocational education. The comprehensive, scientific and fair evaluation system plays an important role in the realization of teaching objectives. Based on the analysis of tacit knowledge theory, CBE theory and other related requirements of telecom service management specialty, this paper analyzes the telecom service management based on the core competence, key ability and potential ability. The construction of evaluation system of professional core competence has been effectively explored.
中文摘要: 建立一个科学的职业能力评价体系对高职教育教学实施具有导向、激励和评价功能,全面、科学和公正的评价体系对实现教学目标具有相关重要的作用。通过对缄默知识理论、CBE理论等相关理论的分析,并从电信服务管理专业的职业岗位能力要求出发,对基于职业核心基本能力、关键能力、潜在能力的高职电信服务管理专业职业核心能力评价体系的构建进行了有效探索。
