英文摘要: When there is more than one kind of hail, thunderstorm and lightning on a certain day, it is considered that there is convective weather on that day. Convective weather is the main disastrous weather in Xin jiang. Using daily hail, thunderstorm and lightning records of surface meteorological stations, the series of days of convective weather occurrence in 93 meteorological stations in Xin jiang from 1961 to 2013 were calculated. Convective weather often occurs in Xin jiang from May to September. Tacheng area, Bozhou, Yili valley, Aksu area, Kashgar area and Kezhou are the most frequent areas. The number of days of convective weather in most areas of Xin jiang from May to August is negatively correlated with the mean temperature in the same period.
