英文摘要: In this paper, the rapid MALDI-TOF-MS method was established to detect and identify Edwardsiella ictaluri and Edwardsiella tarda. The stability and repeatability of MALDI-TOF-MS were verified by Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Edwardsiella ictaluri, Edwardsiella tarda, Aeromonas hydrophila, Aeromonas salmonicida. The strains from different sources were detected in order to confirm the accuracy of this method. Through the comparison of MALDI-TOF-MS technology and traditional identification methods, the results showed that MALDI-TOF-MS were better than traditional methods in detection time, repeatability, stability, and other aspects. MALDI-TOF-MS could be used for Edwardsiella ictaluri and Edwardsiella tarda in daily detection.
中文摘要: 本文建立快速检测和鉴定鮰爱德华氏菌、迟钝爱德华氏菌的基质辅助激光解吸/电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)检测方法。采用副溶血性弧菌、鮰爱德华氏菌、迟钝爱德华氏菌、嗜水气单胞菌、杀鲑气单胞菌等菌株,进行MALDI-TOF-MS检测,以验证该方法的稳定性和重复性。对不同来源的菌株进行检测,以确认方法的准确性。通过MALDI-TOF-MS技术及传统生化鉴定方法进行比较,结果表明MALDI-TOF-MS在检测时间、重复性、稳定性、准确性等方面的总体表现均优于传统生化鉴定方法,可用于鮰爱德华氏菌、迟钝爱德华氏菌的日常检测。
