中文摘要: 目的:评价叶酸、同型半胱氨酸对脑卒中神经及认知功能恢复的影响。方法:选取延安大学附属医院东关分院神经内科2018年1月至2019年1月被确诊为脑卒中合并高同型半胱氨酸血症的患者401例,入院后在常规治疗的基础上采用单盲法持续给予401例患者口服叶酸(天津力生5 mg/日) 3个月,然后在治疗前(基线)、治疗后1月和3月分别测定血清叶酸、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)浓度、美国国立卫生院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)和改良Rankin量表(mRS),该研究经延安大学附属医院伦理委员会批准,所有患者或其家属均签署知情同意书。结果:治疗前(基线)、治疗后1月和3月血清叶酸水平逐渐升高(p < 0.05),同型半胱氨酸、NIHSS和mRS评分在治疗前(基线)、治疗后1月和3月逐渐下降(p < 0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:高叶酸水平在一定程度上可以降低同型半胱氨酸浓度,促进脑卒中神经及认知功能恢复。
