原始语种摘要: This investigation examined the relationship between authentic leadership behaviors and follower intent to quit in younger workers and the prediction of the same relationships. The intent was to determine if authentic leaders could positively affect the intent to quit in younger workers that in turn may attenuate turnover. This study included 142 respondents that rated perceived authentic leadership behaviors and follower intent to quit. Authentic leadership behaviors were measured by the Authentic Leadership Questionnaire (Avolio, Gardner, & Walumbwa, 2007) and the intent to quit was measured by the Intent to Quit Survey (Parra, 1995).
