To explore the factors related to blood sugar fluctuation indiabetic patients with continuous nasal feeding duringinsulin pump therapy, and to provide clinical reference forthe adjustment of insulin therapy. Forty diabetic patientswith continuous nasal feeding treated with insulin fromJanuary 2016 to June 2019 in our hospital were selected. Theblood sugar fluctuation was observed by 7-8 fingertip bloodmonitoring every day. The blood sugar fluctuation ofpatients with continuous nasal feeding was observed byanalyzing the clinical data. In addition, the relatedfactors affecting blood sugar fluctuation were summarized.Using LAGE and SDBG as the evaluation indexes of blood sugarfluctuation, logistic multiple regression analysis of singleand multiple factors was carried out for the... possiblerelated factors affecting blood sugar fluctuation.The bloodsugar levels of different sex, age, course of disease,glycosylated hemoglobin, body mass index (BMI) and otherindicators of patients were compared, and no statisticaldifference was found in the blood sugar fluctuation levelsof gender, age and BMI groups (p>0.05). With the increasingof diabetes course, the blood sugar fluctuation amplitudeincreased (P < 0.05). Carbohydrate content and total proteinduring the period also lead to blood sugar fluctuation (P <0.05). Unconditional multivariate logistic regressionanalysis showed that duration (OR = 1.201, P = 0.016),carbohydrate (OR = 1.029, P = 0.016), total protein (OR =1.134, P = 0.046) were the factors of blood sugarfluctuation in diabetic nasal feeding patients. For diabeticpatients with continuous nasal feeding, the fluctuation ofblood sugar is related to the course of disease,carbohydrate content, total protein and other factors. Forthose patients with risk factors, we should take relevantmeasures and pay attention to the fluctuation of bloodsugar.
