Using the tool of probability generating function, we calculate the first and second moments of the first-passage time (FPT), the first return time (FRT) and the global first-passage time (GFPT) on Xq -flowers, and then get the analytic expressions of mean and variance of these first-passage quantities and their scaling laws. Our results show that the related conclusions of the first-passage quantities on Xq -flowers are the generalizations of -flowers, and since Xq -flowers are controlled by q parameters, they can generate a class of more extensive deterministic networks than
