Many high-throughput sequencing technologies have been widely used to generate epigenetic data, such as histone modification, transcription factor binding sites, DNA modifications, chromatin accessibility, and etc. A large scale of epigenetic data is stored in NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO).
