英文摘要: Mutant Phosphatidylinositol-4, 5-bisphosphate 3-kinase, catalytic subunit alpha ( PIK3CA ) has been shown to be associated with the occurrence, development and prognosis in colorectal cancer (CRC). However, its detection has been limited because of complicated procedures and the low sensitivity of the present approaches.
