英文摘要: One new macrolide myxotrilactone A ( 1 ), along with six known compounds ( 2 – 7 ), were isolated from the extract of solid-substrate cultures of the endolichenic fungus Myxotrichum sp. by various chromatography methods. The planar structure of compound 1 was determined by HR-ESI-MS and NMR data, and its relative and absolute configurations were established by NOESY experiment and comparison with the known compound 2 . Selected isolates were evaluated for their allelopathic activities, and compounds 1 and 2 significantly retarded shoot elongation of Arabidopsis thaliana .
