原始语种摘要: Abstract(#br) Aims : To evaluate the diagnostic power of the Posterior Pole Asymmetry Analysis (PPAA) from the SPECTRALIS OCT in glaucoma diagnosis and to define the correlation between the visual field sensitivity (VFS) and macular retinal thickness (MRT).(#br) Methods : 90 consecutive open-angle glaucoma patients and 23 healthy subjects were enrolled. All subjects underwent Visual Field test (Humphrey Field Analyzer, central 24-2 SITA-Standard) and SD-OCT volume scans (SPECTRALIS, Posterior Pole Asymmetry Analysis).
