The model of the network that is under investigation has been built. This model allows to verify functioning of prognostic traffic engineering system with evaluation of QoS parameters when deploying MPQ. In this paper the model of cloud services that is based on adaptation of the logical structure in cloud systems during migration of virtual machines has been proposed.
