Objective: To evaluate the effect of detailed nursing (DC) in the management of neurological cerebral hemorrhage (CH) care. Methods: The medical records of 112 patients with CH were enrolled in our hospital from 2017.8-2019.3. The hospitalization was divided into two groups. The C group received routine care and the DC group performed DC care. The two groups were admitted to hospital, SAS, SDS, NIHSS, BI score... after treatment, total hospitalization time and hospitalization cost, two groups of complications, and satisfaction results. RESULTS: At the time of admission, the values of SAS, SDS, NIHSS, and BI were compared between the two groups, p>0.05. On the day of discharge, the scores of the DC group were significantly improved compared with the admission and C groups, p<0.05. The cost of hospitalization and hospitalization in the DC group were less than those in the C group, p<0.05. The complication rate of hospitalized patients in the DC group was 3.58% less than that in the C group, 14.29%, and the satisfaction rate was 94.64% higher than that in the C group (82.14%, p<0.05). Conclusion : CH patients have complicated conditions. They are treated with detailed care while paying attention to the details of the patient's physiology and psychology, which promotes the smooth development of nursing work, thereby improving the treatment effect, reducing complications and improving satisfaction.
