In article the importance of intra organizational career development of employees as important strategic resource on which overall performance of the organization depends is staticized. Employers, I realize career policy on "cultivation" of own employees, receive the successful, initiative professionals sharing the purposes and views of the heads having sincere interest in work, participation in implementation of innovative projects. Competently constructed career policy provides strategic stability of the organization, allows the company to lower considerably costs of selection of new employees, to increase non-material motivation of workers, promotes fixing of employees in the company.
