原始语种摘要: New Fluorinated fused heteropolycyclic nitrogen systems containing pyrazolo[3,4-d] pyrimidines moieties have been synthesized from the ring closure reaction of the corresponding hydrazine derivatives with bifunctional compounds. Structure of the new fluorinated systems obtained has been established from elemental and spectral analysis. The effect of these compounds was evaluated on the activity of cellobiase produced by Aspergillus nidulans fungi.
