原始语种摘要: The synthesis of various pyrazolyl pyridinyl substituted coumarins 3-{4'-[1''-phenyl -3''- (pyridin-3''' -yl)-1H- pyrazol- 4''-yl]- 6'-aryl -pyridin - 2'-yl} coumarins (4a-f) and 3-{4'-[1''-phenyl-3''-(pyridin-4'''-yl)-1H-pyrazol-4''-yl]-6'-aryl-pyridin-2'-yl}coumarins (5a-f) have been carried outby the reaction of 3-(3-(1-phenyl-3-(pyridin-3-yl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)acryloyl)coumarins or 3-(3-(1-phenyl�3- (pyridin-4-yl)-1H�pyrazol-4-yl) acryloyl) coumarins with appropriate aroyl methyl pyridinium salts under Krohnke�s reaction condition. The synthesized compounds were fullycharacterized by Infrared (IR), Proton Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (1H-NMR), Carbon-13 Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (13C-NMR), DEPT- 135, DEPT-90 and representative Mass spectral data.
